UNT Real Estate Degrees
BBA
The Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a professional field of Real Estate offered at the University of North Texas College of Business Administration can prepare you for employment in Mortgage, Lending, Commercial Leasing, Brokerage, Analyst, Appraising, Site Locators, and Investments. MS
The Master of Science in Real Estate Analysis is designed to provide advanced study for property professionals and for persons interested in developing their skills in this specific area. The program is intended for students desiring a strong concentration in the real estate area. The focus of the program allows the student to gain considerable expertise in the area in a relatively short period of time. A minimum of 30 hours are required to complete the program. NT Real Estate Club
The Real Estate Club at UNT is open for anyone to join for $5.00 per year and includes receiving e-mail notices of meetings as well as access to the club's e-mail roster for internships, full-time recruiting, field trip offers/visits and other activities. Currently, more than 130 students are members. Real Estate Alumni and Industry Scholarship Donors are automatically members. Their website is at http://orgs.unt.edu/realestate/.
